Hosting: Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. Hetzner provides the server infrastructure for this website. Technical logs are used to diagnose errors and prevent abuse, and are retained only as long as needed for these purposes.
Contact enquiries
If you use the contact form, your name, email address, message and selected budget range, plus optional company and phone details, are processed to respond to your enquiry. The form sends these details to the enquiry system at erp.bradbit.com. If you contact me by email, the information you provide is used to respond.
Contract-related enquiries are processed under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other enquiries are processed on the basis of the legitimate interest in responding, under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Data is deleted when it is no longer needed for its purpose, subject to applicable statutory retention obligations.
Website analytics with Plausible
I use self-hosted Plausible at track.bradbit.com to understand how this website and its content are used. Analytics records page visits, referral sources, browser and device types, and approximate location. Data is processed on the self-hosted instance; the Plausible cloud service is not used.
Analytics does not set tracking cookies. The IP address and browser information are processed to create a daily identifier; the IP address is not stored in the analytics database. This website does not send form entries to analytics.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. My legitimate interest is to improve content and usability based on actual demand. Statistics are retained for this purpose and comparisons over time. To object, contact me using the details above.
