ERPNext for a consulting business

For a consulting business, I set up ERPNext and adapted its CRM, accounting, project and employee management modules. I also trained the team to use the system.

Manage customers, accounting, projects and HR in one ERP system.

I implemented ERPNext, customised the required modules and trained employees to use the application.

The four functions were brought together in ERPNext, with training to prepare the team for everyday use.

One system for business administration

The consulting business wanted to bring customer management, accounting, projects and HR into ERPNext. I advised on the implementation, set up the system and adapted it to the company’s processes.

Adapting the modules and training the team

I added CRM features, integrated accounting and configured project management, along with extensions for employee management. The changes were built with ERPNext, Frappe and Python.

I trained employees to use the customised system as part of the rollout. The client remains anonymous.

Digital membership cards for PEAKS

For PEAKS, I built digital membership cards for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. The cards stayed in sync with the CRM and could be checked on site by partner businesses.

Outcome

Members could show their card on a phone, and partner businesses could check whether the membership was valid.
